Legal People Recruitment Consultants have a minimum of 2 years plus experience of recruiting in the legal industry, but with our combined experience average 10 years plus per consultant! We have developed an excellent network and referral base of candidates and clients. In addition to our legal recruitment expertise some of us have also had a past life working directly in law or other professional services firms. All of our consultants are passionate about what they do – we love recruiting in law because it keeps us challenged and no day is ever the same – why else would we have stayed in the profession so long!

Our Recruitment Consultants are relationship driven, not KPI driven. Accordingly we work tirelessly to build long standing enduring relationships with our clients and candidates alike. We focus on understanding candidate needs and client businesses to reach quality outcomes not short term band-aid measures.

The legal market has been a candidate tight market for a very long time. Accordingly traditional means of advertising to attract candidates is rarely effective. Candidates rely heavily on their colleagues and friends to refer a quality recruitment consultant that will listen to their requirements and match them to their ideal role. Our past success time and time again is why a big part of our candidate base is through our strong referral network with many retaining us exclusively in the search for their next role.
