Legal People are regularly requested to provide suitably experienced Legal Secretaries, Law Clerks, WPOs, accounts clerks and Locum Lawyers in temporary roles. Whilst specific roles will require varying levels of experience, we do generally require that our registered temporary staff have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
When you join the Legal People temp team we will work hard to offer you placements that best match your qualifications and experience where available. With each role we will provide you with an overview of the role and company, and make sure that our client looks after you. Whilst placed in an assignment, you will report directly to the client, however, our consultants are always available to discuss any aspects of the assignment in confidence.
For support roles, Legal People will take responsibility for paying your weekly salary and also make the relevant contributions to your superannuation. Superannuation contributions can be paid to your nominated fund or our default fund if preferred.
For Lawyer locum roles, Legal People will assist you in negotiating an appropriate hourly/daily market rate that will be paid on a regular basis by our clients.
