This is a pivotal role where you will be an integral member of the team, have direct client contact, manage your own files with an appropriate level of autonomy and have a true impact on your clients by unlocking opportunities for them to succeed. Working primarily with a highly experienced and well-regarded Partner, the role will involve an interesting mix of M&A, major projects (renewable energy and other sectors), contracting, general corporate, business and strategic advice and corporate governance work.

- 5+ years post admission experience, particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions;
- Strong drafting & advisory skills;
- A self-starter with an approachable pro-active team approach to guide/supervise junior lawyers;
- Excellent communication skills across all levels and a strong client service focus;
- Strategic and critical thinking capabilities;
- Ability to multi task and manage competing priorities.
