As a talented Executive Assistant you will thrive on ensuring the seamless operations for a high-profile and Partner who runs an exceptionally busy practice. This role provides variety and hands on involvement, including day-to-day support, administrative tasks, being the primary contact for internal and external communications, and assisting with business development activities.

This role provides variety and hands on involvement, including day-to-day support, administrative tasks, being the primary contact for internal and external communications, and assisting with business development activities.
Other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-
- diary and email management, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- file management, monthly billing and reconciliation of expenses
- draft, proofread and amend correspondence and documents
- prepare proposals, tenders and submissions associated with business development activities
- event management and coordination of business development activities
- liaise with clients, various industry groups and media outlets
