  • About the role
    As a talented Executive Assistant you will thrive on ensuring the seamless operations for a high-profile and Partner who runs an exceptionally busy practice. This role provides variety and hands on involvement, including day-to-day support, administrative tasks, being the primary contact for internal and external communications, and assisting with business development activities. 

    Other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-

    • diary and email management, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
    • file management, monthly billing and reconciliation of expenses
    • draft, proofread and amend correspondence and documents
    • prepare proposals, tenders and submissions associated with business development activities
    • event management and coordination of business development activities
    • liaise with clients, various industry groups and media outlets

    Skills and experience we'd love
    The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the legal sector or professional services. You will also have:-

    • exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills
    • advanced MS Office skills
    • excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail
    • pro-active and flexible team attitude
    • ability to multi-task and anticipate what needs to be done
    • commitment to client service
