  • About the role
    As an experienced Marketing Manager you'll embrace this opportunity to join a progressive CBD law firm and assume responsibility for driving the development and implementation of the firm's marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. You'll also enjoy being a valued member of the management team, working closely with the firm's Partners and being supported by a talented Marketing Coordinator.
     
    This role is both operational and strategic in its focus and as such entails a high level of 'hands on' involvement across the areas of client relationship management, digital marketing and event management.  In particular this will involve responsibilities such as:-
    • manage SEO, social media strategies and website optimisation
    • drive digital innovation and optimisation
    • produce marketing material and manage content creation
    • event management - client functions, seminars and conferences 
    • coach and support Partners and their teams in their marketing and business endeavours
    • coordinate client feedback opportunities

    The ideal candidate
    Critical to the success of this role is the ability is to work closely with Partners and their legal teams and to maintain and enhance client relationships.

    In addition you will have demonstrated experience as a Marketing Manager in the legal/professional services sector or a corporate environment together with:-
    • excellent people management and interpersonal skills
    • ability to prioritise issues and multiple projects
    • advanced MS Office skills
    • an enthusiastic and 'solutions-focused' approach 
    • appropriate tertiary qualifications
