- 3+ years of post-admission experience in personal injury or abuse law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise in institutional abuse and child abuse cases, including an in-depth understanding of the complex legal and emotional issues involved
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the empathy and sensitivity to work with vulnerable clients
- Highly organised and driven, with the ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
- A collaborative team player who is committed to supporting the professional development of more junior team members
