This time is invaluable to determine your needs, skill set, motivators and career plan and successfully match these to our client’s needs. By understanding your motivations we will be better placed to match you based on your skill set and career goals, as well as the cultural fit you are looking for.
- Ongoing Guidance: after meeting you, we will work closely with you and coach you through the interview process with your new potential employer, undertake reference checks on behalf of our clients, and negotiate your remuneration package and start date. We maintain contact with you to ensure that your transition into your new role runs smoothly.
