Rosie Mamic

Rosie joined Legal People's  Legal & Office Support  division in February 2014 bringing with her a wealth of experience and operational knowledge in the legal sector gained through working in law firms as a Legal Secretary/Law Clerk and HR Assistant/Co-ordinator for 7 years. In this broad generalist role with an international law firm, Rosie was responsible for supporting the HR team with all generalist HR matters including administration support, advice and assistance to staff and Partners, recruitment and selection, induction programs, performance management and reviews, learning and development, OH&S and graduate clerkship programs. This experience has given Rosie a unique understanding of the diversity involved in legal roles and our clients' needs.

Since October 2006 Rosie has been a legal industry recruiter who is well connected within the legal community, highly regarded and recognised as a leading Recruitment Specialist.

Rosie is passionate about recruitment and has successfully placed staff within law firms as well as corporations, at all levels and areas of law, including roles such as legal support staff, Lawyers, People & Culture, Marketing & Development, Legal Operations, Shared Services and Accounts.

Over her career Rosie has developed a broad network of loyal private law firm and corporate clients who keep sending her referrals!
