  • We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and "switched on" Accounts Clerk to progress their career in a well-established and highly regraded CBD Law Firm.

    About the role....

    Reporting to and working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll enjoy ongoing training and guidance.

    Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
    • end to end payroll processing 
    • accounts payable and reconciliations 
    • banking
    • trust account receipts and payments
    • prepare and lodgement of BAS, PAYG and Payroll Tax
    • month end reporting

    Skills and experience we'd love...

    Our client is seeking a pro-active team person with a positive attitude and a  genuine willingness to learn.    You will also have;

    • at least 3 years' experience as an accounts clerk, legal experience and trust   accounting knowledge an advantage
    • proficient skills in MS Office and accounting systems
    • high attention to detail
    • strong organisational skills
