About our Client...
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded CBD law firm now have a new and exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Accounts & Office Assistant
to join their team on a part-time basis,3 days a week.
About the role...
Reporting to and working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll enjoy autonomy and variety in your day as well as being part of a friendly, close knit team.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- trust accounts and receipts
- assisting with payroll
- overflow accounts, including accounts payable and receivable
- proved support to the Practice Manager with HR related administration
- assist with office functions and events
- maintain office & kitchen supplies
- assist with filing and archiving
- liaise with external service providers, such as IT and building management
- at least 2 years' experience in accounts and office administration in a law firm/professional services environment
- top organisational skills
- proficient MS Office skills
- strong attention to detail
