About the role...
Supporting a delightful team of Conveyancing Clerks and as integral member of the Property team
your varied day will include, but not be limited to:
• liaise with clients
• assist with the preparation of documents for settlements
• file management including opening and closing files
• conduct online searches
• completion of online documents
• general administration, archiving and end of month billing
Skills and experience we'd love...
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity you will have previous experience as an Administration/Legal Assistant in a Law Firm together with;
• strong organisational and administration skills
• advanced MS Office skills
• high attention to detail
• a pro-active and friendly team attitude
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
