Duties
In this role, you will:-
- Work alongside and have the support and guidance of a Principal and Senior Lawyers
- Provide technically and strategically sound advice (written and verbal) that takes commercial considerations into account
- Be heavily involved in all aspects of matters, ensuring your substantive contribution to matter outcomes
- Prepare court and other legal documents with precision
- Enjoy the support, guidance and mentoring from senior practitioners to further develop your advocacy skills, strategic-advice work and practice management skills
The ideal candidate will have:-
- 3-5 years' PAE in insurance litigation (ideally general liability)
- Genuine interest in public liability litigation
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Efficient, organised and diligent approach to your work
- Strong drive and motivation to develop your career
- Excellent legal drafting, research and analytical skills
- Commercial acumen, problem-solving skills and initiative
