Banking & Insolvency Litigation Lawyer - Associate/Senior Associate

About the role
Take the lead on complex banking and insolvency disputes, working directly with high-calibre clients on matters that are both technically challenging and commercially significant. You’ll collaborate closely with a highly regarded Banking and Litigation Partner, gaining exposure to sophisticated litigation strategy and hands-on advocacy.
You’ll have carriage of complex banking litigation files from start to finish, playing a key role in large-scale disputes alongside the broader Litigation team. Your day-to-day work will include appearing in court, drafting legal document, conducting in-depth legal research, and managing client relationships with confidence and professionalism.

- 3+ years PAE experience with banking and financial services, and dispute resolution.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking capability
- An appetite to mentor our juniors and demonstrate leadership
