Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a high-performing Commercial Disputes Lawyer (2–3 years’ PAE) to join their Commercial Disputes team.
You will work on complex, high-value commercial disputes, with an emphasis on property and construction matters, partnering closely with clients and senior lawyers in a fast-paced, high-quality practice. You’ll play an active role across matters from strategy through to resolution, contributing to strong client outcomes while continuing to build your technical and commercial skillset.

In this role, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, with a focus on property and construction matters
- Draft high-quality pleadings, correspondence, evidence, and advice
- Conduct legal research and develop clear, practical recommendations
- Support mediations, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
Ideally, you will:
- Bring 2-3 years’ PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution. Experience in property and construction disputes will be highly regarded
- Demonstrate strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Take a proactive approach and confidently manage competing deadlines
- Show a collaborative mindset and a genuine drive to build your expertise
- Contribute as a team player with a willingness to learn and share ideas
