has a well established and ever-increasing client base of corporate, commercial, public & NFP clients providing an exciting range of work.
They are now looking to appoint an experienced commercial litigation lawyer (Senior Associate/Special Counsel), ideally with 6+ years PQE, in a key role
within their Melbourne office to join their fast paced, growing and highly regarded Commercial Disputes team.
About the role...
In this role you will be assisting prominent and valuable clients of the firm
and will be an integral part of the team's client management strategy. Together with highly developed litigation skills, you will be an excellent communicator
and able to inspire and lead
the less experienced members of team.
You will support a diverse range of clients on complex matters including commercial, property, and shareholder disputes. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic and evolving practice while positioning yourself for partnership in the near future.
About you...
Ideally, you will have:
- 6+ years’ experience at leading commercial disputes practices
- Substantial experience handling complex matters independently
- Strong desire and ability to take on increasing responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice
- Passion for business development
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Capability to mentor junior lawyers in the team
