Duties
In this role you will:
- Prepare, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
- Work across a broad range of commercial matters including business sales & acquisitions, structuring and joint ventures, property (leasing, acquisitions and development), and commercial litigation in the Magistrates’ and County Court, including disputes, debt recovery and insolvency matters.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on all aspects of matters
Skills & Experience
Ideally, you will have:
- 4+ years PAE handling a broad range of commercial law matters
- Strong drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- A commercial, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence working directly with clients
- A proactive, can-do attitude
