  • Our Client  
    Our client is a well established not-for-profit member based organisation, located in the Inner East. They are now seeking a Communications Coordinator with both creative design skills and strong communications expertise to join their collaborative team.

    This is a varied role with a 50/50 mix of design and marketing responsibilities. You'll take ownership of designing in-house publications while also driving engaging campaigns, digital content, and social media activity that strengthen brand presence and connect with stakeholders.
     
    About the Role
    In this role you will:

    • Design and produce a quarterly magazine (print and digital) and other branded publications in-house.
    • Develop engaging graphics and visuals to support campaigns, events, and digital channels.
    • Draft and distribute newsletters, e-alerts, and updates.
    • Manage social media channels and maintain a forward content calendar.
    • Contribute to planning and execution of communications campaigns.
    • Assist with event promotion and coverage.
    • Liaise with external suppliers (printers, media, designers) to deliver quality outputs on time.
    • Track campaign performance and prepare engagement reports.
    • Ensure all communications are consistent with brand standards and accessible.
    Skills and Experience
    We'd love to hear from you if you have:
    • A degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience in both graphic design and communications/marketing delivery .
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
    • Experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
    Desirable:
    • Experience with website CMS and email marketing tools.
    • Ability to analyse metrics and prepare reports.
    • Understanding of accessibility standards and brand governance.
    • Familiarity with the not-for-profit or membership association sector.
