Conveyancing Clerk

About the role
As a diligent, team-focused conveyancer, you will enjoy autonomy working alongside a small team. Your portfolio will focus primarily on residential files, as well as some off-the-plan and commercial matters.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- manage conveyancing files from start to finish
- coordinate settlements via PEXA and Duties Online
- prepare correspondence and letters
- review contracts
- liaise with clients and other parties
- associated administration tasks

The ideal candidate
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as a
Conveyancer
, particularly in handling residential matters.
You will also be able to demonstrate:-
- well developed time management skills
- ability to handle a large volume of files
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- high attention to detail
- proficient MS Office and software skills
- strong team player attitude
