About the role
In this role you will enjoy working autonomously, but also as a part of the broader Property team, as you assume responsibility for managing a wide range of conveyancing matters. These will include residential, off the plan, subdivisions, retirement villages and rural/farming files.

Your responsibilities
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
- residential sale and purchase files
- review Contracts of Sale
- prepare and manage sub-division files
- prepare settlements (PEXA)
- draft letters and correspondence (inc. reviewing special conditions)
- prepare invoices and statement of accounts
- conduct searches

Skills and experience
- minimum 3 years' experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
- sound knowledge of PEXA
- strong stakeholder engagement skills
- excellent time management skills
- strong attention to detail
- proficient MS Office skills
- a positive and pro-active team attitude
