You’ll work across a diverse range of high-quality matters, including:
- Corporations Act and Australian Consumer Law
- PPSR and secured transactions
- Sale of businesses
- Share sale agreements (including earn-out arrangements)
- Complex shareholder agreements and trust structures
- Employee share schemes
- Company secretarial work
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- 3-5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements and transactions
- Thorough understanding of corporate and commercial law, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, commercially-focused legal advice
