  • About the role
    As an experienced career Corporate Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact clients and maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times.

    In addition to "meeting and greeting" clients and visitors your other duties will include, but not be limited to:-
    • answer incoming calls, distribute and/or take detailed messages
    • open and close reception
    • coordinate and confirm meeting/conference room bookings
    • prepare refreshments (tea/coffee) when required
    • order catering for events
    • assist with setting up for events
    • other tasks as requested to support the practice

    The ideal candidate

    To secure this fantastic opportunity you must have previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist within the corporate/professional services sector  together with:-
    • excellent inter-personal and communication skills
    • genuine commitment customer service excellence
    • pro-active, flexible and positive team attitude
    • well-developed time management skills
    • proficient skills in MS Office
