In this role, you will:
- Work closely with and report to a Litigation Director on complex and engaging commercial litigation matters
- Manage a diverse range of disputes, including shareholder and business partnership disputes
- Handle property and lease disputes across varied commercial contexts
- Advise and act in trust and employment-related disputes
- Work on matters involving misleading and deceptive conduct and related claims
- Enjoy a dynamic practice with significant variety, where no two days are the same
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-4 years PAE in litigious matters with a strong desire to specialise and grow your career as a commercial litigator
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus
- Strong drive and motivation, with an engaging and proactive team approach
- A commitment to building your career long-term within a successful and growing Melbourne law firm
