Duties
In this role, you will:

• Work as part of a supportive team, including a Director and Special Counsel
• Focus primarily on Estate Litigation matters, including: Estate disputes and will challenges; Guardianship and capacity disputes
• Manage your own files under supervision
• Assist with more complex matters as required
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders professionally and effectively

• 3-7 years PAE and extensive experience with estate litigation matters and estate administration
• Solid technical skills, commercial awareness and strong empathy
• Highly developed communication skills at all levels, good attention to detail and 'client service' driven
• Excellent time management & organisational skills to manage competing priorities
