Duties
In this role, you will:
- Work as part of a supportive team, including a Director and Special Counsel
- Focus primarily on Estate Litigation matters, including: Estate disputes and will challenges; Guardianship and capacity disputes
- Manage your own files under supervision
- Assist with more complex matters as required
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders professionally and effectively
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-7 years PAE and extensive experience with estate litigation matters and estate administration
- Solid technical skills, commercial awareness and strong empathy
- Highly developed communication skills at all levels, good attention to detail and 'client service' driven
- Excellent time management & organisational skills to manage competing priorities
