    About the role...
    An exceptional opportunity has just become available for a talented Executive Assistant to join this established and successful professional services firm.

    This role will appeal to a talented and motivated Executive Assistant who is passionate about what they do and pride themselves on their ability to provide uncompromising support. 

    Supporting the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited) to:-
    • diary and email management
    • reconcile credit card statements and process expenses
    • draft and prepare correspondence, memos, presentations and reports
    • coordinate travel and accommodation
    • act as liaison between the MD/COO, the Partners, internal stakeholders and external advisors
    • provide ad hoc administration support to the broader Business Services (as required)
    • maintain cybersecurity and manage security risks
    • organise and manage logistics for Board and Principal meetings/conferences
    • prepare and distribute meeting agendas, documents and papers
    • record and compile minutes
    • provide company secretarial assistance
    • assist with coordination of firm-wide events
    Skills and experience we'd love...
    To be considered for this role you will have 4+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant at C-Suite level   within a commercial law firm or business . You will also be able to demonstrate:- 
    • exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
    • well developed time management and organisational skills
    • high level of diplomacy and confidentiality
    • the ability to anticipate needs and identify areas for improvement
    • advanced MS Office skills (legal case management software experience an advantage)
    • keen eye for detail
    • flexible and adaptable approach to work
    • advanced technical proficiency (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of document management systems (e.g. FileSite) an advantage
    • ability to work effectively across support teams, departments and external stakeholders
