This role will appeal to a talented and motivated Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant who is passionate about what they do and pride themselves on their ability to provide uncompromising support.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited) to:-
To be considered for this role you will have 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant in a similar role. Legal administration experience an advantage but not essential.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited) to:-
- extensive calendar management (multiple calendars)
- act as first point of contact (phone, emails and correspondence) for internal and external stakeholders
- organise meetings, agendas and relevant paperwork
- prepare board papers, reports and presentations
- manage and organise eBriefs
- maintain day-to-day and long term administration needs
- travel and accommodation arrangements (including itineraries)
- liaise with clients
- Billing and assistance at tax time
To be considered for this role you will have 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant in a similar role. Legal administration experience an advantage but not essential.
You will also be able to demonstrate:-
- exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- well developed time management and organisational skills
- high level of diplomacy and confidentiality
- the ability to anticipate needs and identify areas for improvement
- advanced MS Office skills
- keen eye for detail
- flexible and adaptable approach to work
- ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
