Duties
In this role you will:
- Set up rooms, desks, and IT/AV equipment (laptops, projectors, cabling) for meetings, events, and seminars.
- Coordinate with the Events team to meet internal event requirements.
- Maintain and track AV and WFH inventory (monitors, headsets, keyboards, meeting room PCs); arrange deliveries and returns.
- Conduct daily floor walks to ensure the office is operational and presentable.
- Manage and issue security access cards.
- Provide office tours for new starters.
- Maintain meeting rooms, ensuring AV functionality, stationery supply, and room presentation.
- Monitor and action service requests via Jira.
- Log building management jobs and coordinate secure bin collections.
Skills & experience
Ideally, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a facilities or similar role, preferably in professional services.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Works well independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
