Duties
Working alongside a dedicated family law team, you will handle all aspects of  family law matters , for example.:-

• Complex Property & Parenting Matters 
• Financial Agreements
• Spousal Maintenance Applications
• Same Sex and LGBTIQA+ Family Law Matters
• Divorce Applications
• International Family Law

• a solid background in Family Law within a recognised family law practice;
• LIV Accredited Family Law Specialisation ideal (not essential)   
• able to 'hit the ground running' and be a willing mentor;
• a commercial mindset with a passion to further grow the family law practice;
• the ability to work autonomously and contribute your knowledge & expertise;
• strong communication skills and 'client service' focus.
