The firm provides specialised advice & services across a  wide range of family law practice areas . Due to demand, the firm now seeks to appoint an additional Family lawyer to the team, with all the infrastructure, resources and the support you may need.

About the ideal candidate...

• Family Law experience (minimum 12 months family law experience)  incl. complex divorce & property settlements; binding financial agreements, child support, children's issues incl. Hague convention, defacto & same sex relationships etc.;
• Experience in dealing with private clients and understanding of taxation and estate planning as it relates to family law;
• Eagerness & ability to handle challenging/complex matters with strong drafting skills & a keen eye for detail;
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
