Duties
In this role, you will:

• Advise on a broad range of family law matters including parenting, property, and financial agreements
• Draft clear, high-quality legal documents
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Work closely with senior lawyers while managing files with increasing autonomy
• Build strong, compassionate relationships with clients

• Family Law experience (minimum 12 months PAE family law experience) incl. complex divorce & property settlements; binding financial agreements, child support, children's issues incl. Hague convention, defacto & same sex relationships etc.;
• Experience in dealing with private clients and understanding of taxation and estate planning as it relates to family law;
• Eagerness & ability to handle challenging/complex matters with strong drafting skills & a keen eye for detail;
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
