Our client is now seeking a capable Family Lawyer (2-4 years PAE) who can confidently manage files, build strong client relationships, and drive matters forward using the firm’s established systems, infrastructure, and resources.

Skills & experience
Ideally you will have:
- Solid family law experience (2-4+ years PAE) incl. complex divorce & property settlements; binding financial agreements, parenting arrangements, child support, children's issues incl. international matters, defacto & same sex relationships etc.;
- Experience in dealing with private clients and understanding of taxation and estate planning as it relates to family law;
- Eagerness & ability to handle challenging/complex matters with strong drafting skills & a keen eye for detail;
- Capable of networking/marketing with the view to generating clients;
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
