This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in family law to build their career in a supportive and dynamic environment, all whilst working in the comfort of your own home! Note: There are also options to work from CBD offices when required.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;               

• Comprehensive knowledge of family law , including expertise in property and financial matters , child support , divorce , family violence , and intervention orders .
• Strong communication , negotiation , and drafting skills .
• Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail .
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while offering clear, tailored legal advice .

• Minimum 3+ years PAE within a recognised family law practice or team,
• Be a self-starter with an inclusive , pro-active team approach ;
• Excellent written skills with highly developed communication skills at all levels,
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently & effectively, and managing the inevitable competing priorities .
