About this opportunity...
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in family law to build their career in a supportive and dynamic environment, all whilst working in the comfort of your own home! Note: There are also options to work from CBD offices when required. You will be working alongside one of their Principals who specialises in family law.  

Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;               

• Comprehensive knowledge of family law , including expertise in property and financial matters , child support , divorce , family violence , and intervention orders .
• Strong communication , negotiation , and drafting skills .
• Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail .
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while offering clear, tailored legal advice .

• Minimum 3+ years PAE within a recognised family law practice or team,
• Be a self-starter with an inclusive , pro-active team approach ;
• Excellent written skills with highly developed communication skills at all levels,
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently & effectively, and managing the inevitable competing priorities .
