Here you will be joining a thriving family practice & close-knit team, including working with an  LIV Accredited Family Law Specialist.  The family law team provides specialised advice & services across a wide range of family law matters, including parenting and property matters. Due to demand, the firm now seeks to appoint a new Family lawyer to the team, who is capable & experienced enough to work fairly independently with appropriate level of mentoring and supervision, with all the infrastructure, resources and the support you may need.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced (4+ yrs PAE) in broad range of Family law matters; incl. complex divorce & property settlements; binding financial agreements, child support, children's issues incl. Hague convention, defacto & same sex relationships etc.;
• Experience in dealing with private clients and understanding of taxation and estate planning as it relates to family law;
• Eagerness & ability to handle challenging/complex matters with strong drafting skills & a keen eye for detail;
• Passionate about their career, driven & energetic;  
• Strong time/client management skills;  
• Excellent 'client service' & attention to detail;
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision;
• Enjoy being an integral team player.
