- Financial Agreements
- Property Settlements
- Divorce
- Surrogacy
- IVOs
- Spousal Maintenance
- Same Sex Relationships
- Defacto Relationships
- Surrogacy
- Child Support
Ideally, you will have:
- Worked exclusively in Family law within a recognised specialist family law practice or a dedicated family law team in a larger firm
- Self-motivation and initiative, coupled with a collaborative, team-focused approach
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload, prioritise competing demands, and maintain high-quality outcomes
- L.I.V. Specialist Family Law Accreditation, or a strong desire to pursue accreditation, will be highly regarded
