Family Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate level)

Duties

• Advise & represent clients in complex family law cases with care & professionalism
• Negotiate, mediate & appear in court
• Build strong client relationships, balancing professionalism with empathy
• Draft high quality legal documents: including affidavits, financial agreements, and parenting plans
• Manage files end‑to‑end, collaborating with barristers and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Mentor junior team members & contribute to firm growth & business development

• Minimum 3 years’ family law experience (PAE)
• Post-graduate qualifications in family law or accredited specialist in family law are highly regarded.
• Strong ethical compass and a genuine commitment to helping families
• High-level technical skills across parenting and property matters.
• Ability to manage high-conflict situations with calm and compassion.
• A good sense of humour & ability to fit into a fun‑loving, supportive team
