- Managing a broad range of family law matters from start to finish
- Handling complex financial and parenting matters for private clients
- Advising on a broad range of family law matters including Financial Agreements, Property Settlements, Divorce & Spousal Maintenance, Parenting & Child Support, IVOs, De Facto & Same-Sex Relationships, and Surrogacy matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers
- Contributing as a key team member within a collaborative environment
- Solid experience in Family Law (ideally between 2-5 years PQE)
- Strong background in complex financial matters
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to “hit the ground running”
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
- Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
