Duties
The role will essentially involve providing advice on all facets of family law & related matters for example:-
- Divorce;
- Parenting matters;
- Property settlements;
- Financial agreements;
- Children's matters;
- Mediation/Collaboration.
To be successful here you will have:-
- 3-6 years solid post admission experience in family law;
- Be able to work autonomously
- Pro-active & client service focused
- Motivated and passionate about finding the right solutions
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Mentoring and leadership skills
