Duties
In this role, you will become a vital member of a litigation-focused practice focusing on international and cross-jurisdictional family law , including Hague Convention matters. This will include:
- Manage a caseload involving parenting, property and international matters
- Draft high-quality legal documentation and provide strategic advice to clients
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on litigation strategy, negotiations and client advocacy
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-8 years' PAE in family law
- Experience handling a wide range of matters independently, including property and parenting disputes
- Strong technical, drafting, and client advisory skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational abilities
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
