    A significant career opportunity for an experienced  Family Lawyer (3-8 years PAE)  to join a highly respected and dynamic family law team in Melbourne's CBD.

    Duties
    In this role, you will become a vital member of a litigation-focused practice focusing on international and cross-jurisdictional family law , including Hague Convention matters. This will include:
    • Manage a caseload involving parenting, property and international matters
    • Draft high-quality legal documentation and provide strategic advice to clients
    • Collaborate with senior lawyers on litigation strategy, negotiations and client advocacy
    • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key external stakeholders
    Skills & Experience
    The ideal candidate will have:
    • 3-8 years' PAE in family law
    • Experience handling a wide range of matters independently, including property and parenting disputes
    • Strong technical, drafting, and client advisory skills
    • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational abilities
    • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
    • A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
