    An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Family Lawyer to join a high-performing and well-regarded team. As a Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients across a diverse range of quality family law matters, managing your own files with autonomy while being supported by experienced and approachable colleagues.

    What you'll be doing
    1. Advising and representing clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, property settlements, and more
    2. Conducting client interviews, preparing legal documents, and negotiating settlements
    3. Appearing in court and representing clients in family law proceedings
    4. Staying up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law
    5. Providing exceptional client service and building strong client relationships
    6. Collaborating with other legal professionals and experts as needed
    What we're looking for
    1. Relevant tertiary qualification in law and admission to practise as a solicitor in Victoria
    2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in family law, with a strong understanding of the legal framework and processes
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with clients and effectively negotiate on their behalf
    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and solution-focused advice
    5. Proficient in legal research, drafting, and document preparation
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
