Family Lawyer (Senior Associate/Special Counsel level)

Duties
In this role, you will enjoy a variety of matters associated with eg.:

• Complex parenting disputes
• Significant property settlements
• Financial agreements
• Children's matters
• Divorce & separation
• Appeals
• Maintenance applications
• IVF/surrogacy arrangements
• international relocation

• 5 years + PAE with exposure to complex asset structures, including property related family law matters.  LIV Family Law Accreditation, or willingness to undertake it, desirable but not essential.
• A proven track record in Family Law from a respected practice
• Ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
• Commercially minded with the drive to grow and shape a thriving family law practice
• Confident working independently and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and lifting others
• Excellent communication skills and 'client service' focus
