    Duties
    In this role, you will:

    • Lead complex and high-value transactions across M&A, major projects (including renewable energy and other sectors), contracting and general corporate matters
    • Advise clients on a broad range of commercial contracts and strategic business initiatives
    • Deliver pragmatic, forward-thinking legal and commercial advice that aligns with clients' long-term objectives
    • Support clients with corporate governance and regulatory compliance
    • Collaborate with a highly regarded Partner and contribute to the development of client relationships
    Skills & experience
    • 5+ years’ post-admission experience , particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions
    • Sharp drafting skills and commercially focused advice
    • Proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to mentor juniors
    • Clear communicator with a strong client service mindset
    • Strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and juggles priorities with ease
