About the role
This is a rare opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer ( 2+ years PAE ) to join a highly regarded boutique CBD commercial law firm and make an immediate impact. You will take ownership of a diverse range of litigation matters including commercial, insolvency and restructuring, employment law, and minor crime (primarily road safety) while enjoying direct client contact and working with an established client base.

Duties
In this role you will:
- Take ownership of a variety of matters, including general commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, employment law, and minor crime (primarily road safety).
- Progress existing litigation matters to resolution and manage new matters from commencement to settlement.
- Provide clear, practical verbal and written advice on a range of litigious issues.
- Prepare all necessary correspondence and documentation, and brief Counsel as required.
Ideally, you will have:
- A current Practising Certificate and a minimum of 2 years’ PAE in a similar role, with some experience in the Supreme, Federal, County, or Magistrates’ Courts preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience using LEAP Legal Software is desirable.
