Duties
In this role you will:
- Manage complex health law matters end-to-end
- Deliver timely, accurate and commercially focused advice to clients
- Guide clients through challenging and sensitive processes
- Appear at mediations, witness interviews, inquests and disciplinary hearings
- Build and strengthen client relationships
- Drive marketing and business development initiatives
Ideally, you will have:
- 5+ years PAE in Medical Negligence/Health Law defendant and/or plaintiff)
- Balanced judgment: aligning patient safety with practitioner needs, backed by strong technical and advisory skills
- Outstanding communicator: clear, confident written and oral skills
- Proactive networker : actively contributes to marketing and business development
- Collaborative team player : approachable, supportive, and willing to mentor others
- Highly organised : adept at managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines
