Duties
In this role you will:
- Provide expert legal advice on high-risk commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Drive strategic projects by assessing legal risk, shaping decisions, and recommending appropriate actions.
- Draft or negotiate bespoke and amended agreements to enable timely, compliant execution.
- Design and deliver corporate and commercial law education, templates and guidance to uplift internal capability.
- Monitor and interpret legislative change, translating impacts into clear, actionable advice for the business.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and legal workflows
- Maintain accurate records, balancing team capacity, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to their professional growth and development.
You are an admitted lawyer with 5+years PAE Commercial law experience , who is eager to grow in a supportive, purpose-driven legal team. You bring:
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
- A high level of attention to detail and sound problem-solving ability
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A collaborative and professional approach, with the ability to work under supervision
