Duties
In this role you will:
- Manage files and deadlines efficiently, ensuring all documents are accurate.
- Review evidence and prepare strategic advice on indemnity, liability, and quantum.
- Draft and communicate clearly with clients, counsel, and other practitioners.
- Identify issues, brief experts, and analyse opinions to support case strategy.
- Prepare court documents and handle proceedings, including online hearings and appearances.
- Drive business development and maintain client relationships, fostering trust and growth.
Ideally, you will have:
- At least 3 years’ PAE (experience in insurance law is advantageous but not essential. Candidates with general litigation experience with an interest in Insurance Law will also be considered).
- Excellent written, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset, thriving as part of a cohesive, high-performing team .
