Duties
Owing to growth they now seek to appoint an Insurance Litigation or  Defendant P.I. Litigation Lawyer/Associate to work very closely with their  transport team  in defending negligence claims, primarily on behalf of national clients in the  aviation/maritime  industry. 

Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have:

• Defendant  Insurance/Personal Injury Litigation and/or WorkCover experience;
• Ideally at Associate level, with min. 2-4 years post admission experience in the above areas of practice;
• Experience working in another mid or top-tier firm OR specialist defendant insurance litigation/personal injuries firm;
• Solid academics (please submit with application);
• Ability to think on your feet and managing competing priorities;
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
