    Join a leading national law firm as an Intellectual Property and Technology Associate, advising clients on IT law, privacy, cybersecurity, IP, and emerging technologies such as AI. In this dynamic role, you will draft and negotiate commercial and technology contracts, provide strategic advice on data protection and compliance, and assist in resolving technology-related disputes.

    Duties
    In this role you will:-

    • Advise clients on IT law, including contracts, procurement, IP, privacy, compliance, and AI
    • Draft, review, and negotiate IT and commercial agreements, including SLAs and licences
    • Provide expert guidance on privacy, data audits, and regulator engagement
    • Support clients in managing cyber incidents and breach responses
    • Represent clients in technology-related dispute resolution
    • Stay across developments in IT, privacy, and cybersecurity law
    • Contribute to business development and client relationship management
    About you
    To be successful in this role you will:- 
    • 2–5 years PAE in IT and privacy law , including procurement, commercial contracting, licensing, data protection, and cybersecurity
    • Sound experience in consumer law, including regulated advertising and technology disputes (viewed favourably)
    • A self-starter with strong technical skills
    • Committed to delivering high-quality, commercially savvy client service
    • Able to work independently with energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
