Assisting a Partner & lawyers in a growing Banking & Finance team, you'll enjoy being involved in interesting and complex matters.
This pivotal role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives on being busy and using their initiative on a daily basis .
Some of your key duties will include;
• diary management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
• typing, proof reading and editing documents
• drafting general correspondence
• preparing monthly billing and client reports
• extensive internal and external client liaison
• other administrative tasks to assist these busy Partners
Skills & experience we'd love...
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in Banking & Finance law or Corporate & Commercial law together with;
• excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• top organisational skills
• a keen eye for detail
• advanced MS Office skills
• a positive and professional work attitude
