Supporting a Partner and their small team you'll enjoy being involved in a wide range of commercial law matters including sale and purchases of businesses, leasing, IP and general commercial advice.
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:-

Supporting a Partner and their small team you'll enjoy being involved in a wide range of commercial law matters including sale and purchases of businesses, leasing, IP and general commercial advice.
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:-
- manage client files and file correspondence
- Dictaphone typing and amending documents
- liaise with clients and key stakeholders
- manage diaries and arrange appointments
- prepare bills and draft accounts
- general administrative tasks
