In this interesting role, you will be an integral part of their professional and busy Dispute Resolution team , supporting two Principals and Lawyers and your duties will include;
- preparing and typing legal documents and correspondence
- preparing subpoenas and arranging service
- preparing briefs for hearings
- liaising with clients, barristers, principals, interpreters and solicitors
- Billing
- any other administration tasks as required
- a minimum of 5 years legal secretarial experience in litigation is essential
- advanced word processing skills with high attention to detail
- a flexible attitude and an ability to work under pressure
- ability to work as part of a busy, friendly team
